About Palm Desert Geeks

Who we are

Palm Desert Geeks is a local computer, tech and IT shop. We opened in 2005 and we're still at it, working out of 77564 Country Club Dr. Bldg. A, Suite 220 in Palm Desert. We fix what's broken, set up what's new, and look after office systems so the people who depend on them can get on with their day.

We work on PCs and Macs, for businesses and for households. You can bring a device to the shop, have us come to your home or office, or get help over a secure remote connection when the problem is software or an account.

How we work

• Walk-ins are welcome, but call ahead so a technician is ready for you.
• Diagnostics are free when you bring the device into the shop. That doesn't apply to on-site visits.
• You get a quote before any work starts.
• If something isn't worth fixing, we'll say so.

Why there are two websites

This site is our guide to tech help in five cities: Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio and Rancho Mirage. It's where we write at length about each city and each kind of job.

Our main site, pdgeeks.com, is where you book, see managed IT pricing, find home computer repair pages and meet the team. Same shop, same phone number, same people.
